Posted by Talking about the University of Macau International Students Scholarships, we can say that the University of Macau (UM) created the UM Macao PhD Scholarship (MPDS) to entice outstanding candidates from around the world to pursue their PhD studies in the UM. The University of Macau is offering complete scholarships to deserving students from around the globe who wish to study PhD programs there. International students are eligible to apply for this grant. Anybody interested in enrolling as a full-time PhD student at the UM should be eligible to apply, regardless of their country of origin, previous employment history, or ethnic background.
The applicant must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have academic credentials that can be verified, such as transcripts, publications, academic honors, etc. The top-ranked candidates with exceptional academic potential or achievements will be chosen for the Scholarship. While submitting an online application to PhD programs using the online application system, candidates considering full-time PhD study at the UM should also submit an application for the MPDS. In order to qualify for the University of Macau’s international student scholarships, applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
- International students must be the applicants.
- Candidates must possess a diploma for a bachelor’s degree.
- Applicants from abroad who meet the prerequisites for admission to the full-time Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs at UM.
- A candidate whose country of citizenship is China (including Macao SAR, Hong Kong SAR, and Taiwan China) is not taken into consideration.
