Eligibility
- To be eligible for this Education for Sustainable Energy Development Scholarship, potential students must:
- Get a master’s degree in an area that interests you, such as renewable energy, smart grids, electric vehicles, energy storage, advanced power technologies, public policy, economics, law, or political science.
- Beginning in the fall of 2023, pursue full-time education for at least one complete academic year (two or three semesters). If they meet this condition, students in the second year of a two-year program are qualified to apply.
- being a resident of one of the developing nations or territories listed in the Development Co-operation Directorate (DAC) of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development’s (OECD) List of Official Development Aid Recipients (OECD)
- Be dedicated to returning home after completing their studies in order to aid in the development of their country.
- Be a top-notch student.

- Upload a copy of your official letter of admission from the university.
Please note that each applicant can only submit the admission letter from their top choice of the university program. - If you have not yet received a letter of admission, you can upload an acknowledgment of receipt from your university showing that you have applied for admission
- It is your duty to email us your official admission letter by no later than April 17, 2023 if you receive it after the deadline for scholarship applications. Your application won’t be taken into consideration if we don’t receive your official admission letter by this deadline.
- Please submit a copy of the official letter of acceptance together with proof of enrollment if this application is for the second year of a two-year program. They ought to be uploaded as a single document.
- If your acceptance letter was written in a language other than English, we will need both a certified translation of the letter—complete with the translator’s name—and a copy of the original, untranslated letter. They ought to be uploaded as a single document.
